Our Mission

EBWPC is dedicated to coordinated water resource planning for the Estancia Underground Water Basin. Members represent the county governments as well as the region’s Soil and Water Conservation Districts, the agricultural sector, utilities, and area residents.

Meeting Information

The EBWPC meets at 9:30 am the second Thursday of every OTHER month. Meetings are provided via Zoom, and in person locations alternate between Torrance County Courthouse, Estancia NM; and Edgewood Soil & Water Conservation Distrct, Morarity NM.
